By submitting an order, requesting to purchase any product, or taking receipt of hippieartchick.com and hippieartchickstudios.com products, the Customer consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
If the Customer, does not wish to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Customer should not submit any type of purchase and should exit all websites related to hippieartchick.com and hippieartchickstudios.com now.

Payment Terms
Full payment in a certified bank check, PayPal or an active credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) must be tendered prior to the start of any production. For credit card charges, the card provided will be charged for the full amount of the invoice total immediately upon acceptance of the order. If any adjustments or changes are required to the final invoice because of changes in production or shipping, a second processing will be created either for a credit or debit to cover the change in the final invoice total.

Order Acceptance
The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. hippieartchick.com and hippieartchickstudios.com reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any Customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, hippieartchick.com, hippieartchickstudios.com and hippie art chick studios shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. hippieartchick.com and hippieartchickstudios.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, hippieartchick.com and hippieartchickstudios.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Return and Order Cancellation Policies
NO COD RETURNS. Personalized items cannot be accepted for returned unless defective.
Call or write for authorization within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Any items returned without authorization will not be credited or returned. Return the carton by UPS or Insured Parcel Post; mark the authorization number on the outside of the carton returned. All returns are subject to inspection before credit is given.
Non-personalized items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. A restocking fee is charged for all cancellations or changes made after close of the same business day you place your order.
Shipping
hippieartchick.com and hippieartchickstudios.com always attempts to use the least expensive method of shipping. If a deadline is specified by which the product must be received by the Customer, the shipping method may require expedited overnight or second day shipping the meet that deadline. hippieartchick.com and hippieartchickstudios.com reserves the right to select an expedited shipping method when a deadline is listed, and the Customer agrees to pay for any additional costs involved with said expedited shipping. IF EXPEDITED SHIPPING IS NOT TO BE USED, THEN THE CUSTOMER MUST MAKE A NOTATION ON HIS OR HER ORDER STATING THAT ONLY STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING SERVICES ARE TO BE USED REGARDLESS OF SHIPPING DEADLINES.
hippieartchick.com, hippieartchickstudios.com and hippie art chick studios is not responsible for loss or damage of products in transit. The Customer is responsible for checking shipment upon delivery for total product count and condition. Any shortage in total product count or evidence of damage to product must be noted and reported to the carrier's office. All claims must be filed with the carrier within 24 hours from the date of loss or damage. Shipping service may vary without notice and is the sole decision of hippieartchick.com and hippieartchickstudios.com.
Shortages
Any product shortage found by the Customer requires notification to hippieartchick.com or hippieartchickstudios.com within 24 hours of delivery receipt. Notice of shortage may be made by phone or e-mail. Every effort will be made to ship missing items within 48 hours of notification and acknowledgement by hippieartchick.com or hippieartchickstudios.com of said shortage. All shipments of missing product will be sent via UPS Ground. No rush processing or overnight shipping will be provided to replace missing inventory. Failure to notify hippieartchick.com or hippieartchickstudios.com of shortage within 24 hours of delivery receipt will act as the Customer's agreement and acknowledgement that all goods ordered by the Customer have been received by the Customer in full and in good, usable and/or merchantable condition.
Washing Instructions
Follow label directions for proper washing instructions. Failure to follow these instructions may result in damage or excessive shrinkage to the garment or item. hippieartchick.com, hippieartchickstudios.com and hippie art chick studios is not liable for any damages due to improper laundering of items.
Do not bleach embroidered items.
Do not bleach wool items.
Returned Checks
hippieartchick.com/hippieartchickstudios.com charges a $50.00 fee for any returned checks. Any fees, legal or non-legal, occured in the collection process will be charged to the party responsible, this policy also extends to credit card fraud.
